BLANKWARE:There is a minimum charge of $100.00 when ordering blankware.
CANCELLATIONS:
All charges incurred before
cancellation will be billed. COLORS: All standard ceramic colors are available and are fired on at 1100 to 1200 degrees F, permanently fusing the color. Gold and Platinum are available on most items (not to exceed six square inches). BECAUSE GOLD AND PLATINUM ARE NOT CERAMIC COLORS, THEY ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE AND COULD WEAR OFF WITH PROLONGED USE. PRECIOUS METAL DECORATIONS TEND TO SCRATCH AND TARNISH AND ARE NOT RECOMMENDED IF IMPRINT PERMANENCE IS DESIRED. A care card is inserted in each carton when either gold or platinum is used in the design. Additional charges for precious metals must be added to the total multiple color price. For example: A gold imprint would be a one color imprint, plus the additional price for gold or platinum. NOTE: We are limited to the amount and type of ink coverage applied to the upper 3/4” of the decorating areas. We will notify you if desired designs are affected. SPECIAL COLORS: We can usually match specific colors. Because of the nature of ceramic paints, we cannot guarantee exact matches, especially in pinks, rubine red, rhodamine red, purples and any colors on dark colored mugs. Requests for colors other than standard (see Stock Ink Colors ) must be clearly marked “match swatch enclosed” and be accompanied by the swatch. There will be a $25.00 charge for each color to be matched on orders of less that 576 pieces. There will be no charge for matching colors on orders of 576 pieces or more. For a CHANGE OF INK COLOR on an order, there will be a $22.50 charge. Precious metal imprints on items shipped bulk include protective poly-bags with care instructions. COMPLAINTS: Complaints must be made within 25 days after receipt of shipment. CO-OP ORDERS: The prices are based on the total quantity order anticipated over a 12-month period plus $30.00 per change of copy. Change of copy must be in one color only and is limited to 4-5 lines of straight line copy. The minimum quantity for each change of copy is 72 pieces. Each co-op release requires a $7.50 handling charge. All co-op orders must have prior written approval from our Customer Service Department. COPY CHANGE: Add $30.00 per change of copy, per color. Minimum of 144 pieces per copy. COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: If it is important that your order be filled using products manufactured in the United States, YOU MUST SPECIFY ON YOUR ORDER. Many of our items are USA made. DROP SHIPMENTS OR SPLIT SHIPMENTS: There is a $7.50 charge for each drop shipment or split shipment after the first. ENCLOSURE CARDS: Enclosure cards supplied by the customer can be inserted at no additional cost. Order must show that gift cards are to be used. Order cannot go into production until gift cards are received. FREIGHT CLAIMS: MUGSRUS is not |

for delays or breakage enroute. Every
carton leaving our facility is inspected and has a clear bill of lading
signed by the transportation company. All merchandise should be inspected
by the consignee. Title to the goods passes to the consignee at the F.O.B.
point. FREIGHT/SHIPMENTS: Shipments will be made F.O.B. Mission Hills, California unless otherwise specified. We will always try to allow ample time for transportation. Unless specific routing is stated, we will ship via routing as we deem best. NO C.O.D. SHIPMENT ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. GIFT DECAL SELECTIONS: Waterfowl decals are printed in sets of 6 different birds. all decals are used in rotation sets that may not utilize the full series. GIFT WRAPPING: See page 52. HIGHER QUANTITY PRICING: Contact Sam for quotation. High quantity orders are a MUGSRUS specialty. INDIVIDUAL MAILING: $1.20 per item, for shipments to any of the 50 states (and $1.70 per item, for export shipments) plus actual postage. CUSTOMER MUST SUPPLY TYPED LABELS WITH ZIP CODE AND A DUPLICATE LIST BEFORE ORDER CAN GO INTO PRODUCTION. When we handle individual mailings for customers, we guarantee safe delivery or the account will be credited. LESS THAN MINIMUM: $30.00(G) per color. ABSOLUTE MINIMUM IS 72 PIECES except where otherwise noted. LOGOS: Products and logos shown in this portion of our Cyberspace Store appear only to illustrate the basic products and ability to include messages and art on them, but are never intended to suggest that the imprints were designed by us or that the products with those specific imprints are readily available to any purchaser without the permission of the owners of the trademarked or copyrighted art of copy. ORDER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: All orders will be acknowledged following receipt of order. You are responsible to promptly examine the acknowledgment for order accuracy. OVERAGE OR UNDERAGE: Limited to 5% on ashtrays, and 10% on all other items. Every attempt will be made to minimize these amounts. PRICING COMBINED QUANTITIES: Custom designed items may be combined and purchased at the combined quantity rate as long as all items have exactly the same imprint and each item is for the listed minimum in our MUGS section of our Cyberspace Store. Full artwork and set-up charges apply for first item and a conversion charge of $30.00, in lieu of set-upcharges, will apply for each item thereafter. |
