MUGSRUS built its reputation on precision screen printing work. We currently have
several semiautomatic printing presses to handle a variety of jobs and substrate requirements. Overlay
work is done on a flat bed press. Three dimensional metal parts are done on two presses depending
on part configuration and graphics.


Our manual presses are specially designed to produce equally high quality, fine registration jobs and are primarily used for short runs and irregularly shaped or large parts. We engineer special screens to print on curved and recessed areas, and difficult parts requiring screens other than the standard flat ones.

We feature solvent based inks and our extensive inventory of these
inks ensure that we can handle many different substrates and individual
job requirements. We offer custom color matching to PMS, and
Federal Standards, or customer color swatches.

We have the capabilities to do process color work. We can handle color separations from your scan files, or we can output the production film from your processed data files.

Quality Control is of primary importance to our customers therefore we integrate it into our process.
Developing and implementing individual process plans ensuring each customer's quality requirements
is something we regularly do.
